SHIPPING

Please allow CHALK 1 to 2 business days for order processing, prior to shipping, depending on carrier cut-off times. Same day shipping is not guaranteed on any order.
CHALK ships Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank will result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect information.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased on chalkconcept.com may be returned for a refund within 60 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

Merchandise was purchased on chalkconcept.com. We do not accept returns from any stores or other authorized retailers.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 60 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Original condition is defined as:
All tags still attached to product.
Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
Return shipment must include the packing slip.
Reason for return must be indicated.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.

Returns can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased.

All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages. CHALK does not assume responsibility for lost shipments. NOTE: We do not credit shipping costs for returned orders using your own shipping method.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your return.

CHALK is not able to accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.chalkconcept.com. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased.

EXCHANGES

chalkconcept.com does not currently offer exchanges.

WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED

If we made an error on your order, please contact us immediately at info@chalkconcept.com and we will be happy to assist you. Our normal business hours are 10:00AM to 7:00PM EST, Monday thru Friday.

CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS
